Michelle Czosek, CAE, brings skills, acquired over years of association leadership, to every engagement. She has served as chief executive of both professional and trade organizations and is a trusted advisor to CEOs across the association community.

A passion for the educational development at the core of every association’s mission motivates Michelle’s leadership style. She is an experienced event planner who understands the dynamics of member engagement and an adept facilitator for boards, committees, and employees. Her expertise is focused on steering organizations toward new opportunities and successful outcomes.

Michelle was employed as Senior Account Executive for AMPED Association Management for over eight years. Among the organizations she headed in that capacity are the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives, the National Air Filtration Association, and the Society of Wetland Scientists.

Previously, Michelle served as Manager of Education and Special Programs at the International Association for Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM) and as an Account Executive at Smith-Bucklin and Associates.

She has been treasurer, secretary and chair of the Association Societies Alliance and is a member of Association Forum and .orgCommunity.

Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
